Marine Operations Manager – Phuket Thailand

Clearvac Engineering Asia is seeking an experienced marine operations manager to join our rapidly expanding team in Phuket, Thailand.
Clearvac Engineering Asia is the leading provider of specialised marine cleaning services across Southeast Asia, servicing superyachts, cruise ships and commercial vessels.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- ดูแลการวางแผน การประสานงาน และการดำเนินโครงการวิศวกรรมเรือ รวมถึงงานซ่อมบำรุงเรือ การจัดหาอะไหล่ และงานรีฟิตในอู่แห้ง
- บริหารงบประมาณการปฏิบัติงาน การจัดสรรทรัพยากร และการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ อะไหล่ วัสดุ และของใช้สิ้นเปลือง
- ตรวจสอบให้การทำงานเป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบทางทะเล ข้อกำหนดของสถาบันจัดชั้นเรือ และมาตรฐาน HSE ด้านสุขภาพ ความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม
- พัฒนาและนำใช้นโยบาย ขั้นตอนการทำงาน และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดด้านปฏิบัติการ
- ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกรรม จัดซื้อ โลจิสติกส์ และบัญชี เพื่อให้โครงการดำเนินไปตามแผนและบรรลุเป้าหมาย
- นำทีม ฝึกอบรม และประเมินผลพนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติการและวิศวกรรม เพื่อสร้างวัฒนธรรมการทำงานที่มีความรับผิดชอบและพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า ผู้รับเหมาช่วง และหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล เพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานและความสอดคล้องของโครงการ
- ตอบสนองต่อปัญหาด้านปฏิบัติการและเหตุฉุกเฉินด้วยการแก้ปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบและดำเนินการอย่างรวดเร็ว
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา ใบสั่งงาน ใบเซ็นรับงาน และเอกสารปฏิบัติการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ควบคุมและอัปเดตเอกสาร Job Status ปฏิทินตารางงาน และไฟล์ Dropbox ของลูกค้า
- พร้อมเดินทางไปอู่เรือ ท่าจอดเรือ หรือสถานที่โครงการในต่างประเทศเมื่อจำเป็น รวมถึงเพื่อพบลูกค้าใหม่
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marine engineering projects, including vessel maintenance, parts supply and dry-docking refits
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and procurement of equipment and procurement of Parts, Materials and Consumables
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, classification society requirements, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics and accounts teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Lead, train, and evaluate operational & engineering staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong working relationships and project alignment
- Respond to operational issues and emergencies with strategic problem-solving and swift action.
- Creating Quotes, Work Orders, Sign-off Sheets and all other operation paperwork
- Control and Update Job Status Documents, Works Schedule Calendars and Client Dropbox Files
- Willingness to travel to shipyards, marinas or international project locations when required to find new clients
คุณสมบัติ:
- ผู้สมัครต้องมีวุฒิการศึกษาอย่างน้อยระดับอนุปริญญาขั้นสูง / อนุปริญญา / ปริญญาตรี / ประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต / วุฒิวิชาชีพ ในสาขาวิศวกรรมเรือ วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากมีวุฒิปริญญาโทจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้านการบริหารงานปฏิบัติการ ในอุตสาหกรรมเรือ ยอชต์ งานนอกชายฝั่ง เรือสำราญ หรืออุตสาหกรรมต่อเรือ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านภาวะผู้นำและการบริหารทีม
- มีความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมทางทะเล มาตรฐานความปลอดภัย และงานปฏิบัติการทางเรือ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด และมีทักษะการจัดการงานที่ดี
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยในระดับดีมาก ทั้งการอ่าน การเขียน และการพูด
- ใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้ดี เช่น Excel และ Word รวมถึงอีเมล เครื่องมือค้นหา และโปรแกรมหรือแอปพลิเคชันคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ไทย
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within the marine, yachting, offshore, cruise or shipbuilding industry
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- In-depth knowledge of maritime industries, safety standards, and marine operations
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Excellent English and Thai language skills. Reading, Writing & Speaking
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), emails, search engines, and other related computer programs/apps
- Thai Car Driver’s Licence
