Accounts Receivable Officer – Phuket, Thailand

Join Our Office Team in Phuket:

Clearvac Engineering Asia is seeking an experienced accounts receivable officer to join our rapidly expanding team in Phuket, Thailand.

Clearvac Engineering Asia is the leading provider of specialised marine cleaning services across Southeast Asia, servicing superyachts, cruise ships and commercial vessels.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:

  • ทำใบแจ้งหนี้ / ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
  • อัพเดตใบแจ้งหนี้ในระบบ Job Status
  • รายงานลูกหนี้
  • รายงานรายได้ประจำเดือน
  • ติดตามลูกหนี้ค้างชำระ
  • บันทึกรายการบัญชีรายวันทั้งหมด (รายรับ)
  • ยื่นแบบภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาให้เจ้านายและพนักงาน
  • ทำรายงานส่งอุตสาหกรรม
  • เก็บไฟล์ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใน Dropbox ให้ถูกต้องตาม Folder ชื่อเรือ
  • ปิดงาน CRUISE SHIPS รวบรวมค่าใช้จ่ายทำใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้ Travel Expenses
  • คำนวณเงินเดือนพนักงาน และทำสลิปเงินเดือน

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices and receipts

  • Update invoices in the Job Status system

  • Prepare accounts receivable reports

  • Prepare monthly revenue reports

  • Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable

  • Record all daily accounting transactions (income/receipts)

  • File personal income tax forms for management and employees

  • Prepare reports for the Industrial Department

  • Properly file invoices and receipts in Dropbox according to vessel/folder names

  • Close CRUISE SHIPS jobs by compiling expenses and preparing quotations, invoices, and travel expense documents

  • Calculate employee salaries and prepare payslips
